Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Flument Systems LLP for your Business Growth Advisory and Consulting needs. We aim to provide high-quality services to help your business grow and succeed. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued, and clarifies our approach when orders are cancelled, and the overall refund procedures.

 

Please understand that Flument Systems LLP is a service-based consulting firm; and is fully eligible to be compensated against its time, expertise, advisory, and associated services. Any amount earned in its scope of services is not refundable, unless expressly declared in the sections below.

Refunds on Cancellation of Orders by the Company

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, without any claims or liability to pay finance charges or interest on the amount. 

 

Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include but are not limited to inaccuracies or errors in Services, Pricing Information, Technical or Technological problems or problems identified in relation to Credit / Debit fraud. 

 

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled by the Company after your Credit / Debit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to the original payment instrument.

Refunds on Order Cancellation by You (Packages purchased via Flument.com)

Please understand that when an advisory time slot is booked to provide timely service, Flument Systems blocks the concerned consultant’s time, and does not assign the same consultant to any other client with respect to that service. However, we will always support the clients’ interests in genuine Order Cancellations as per the terms given below.

Please note that Flument's Self Benchmarking Packages provides you immediate access to a large section of subscriber only content on Flument.com (including traction metrics, traction benchmarks, traction scoring methodologies etc). Plagiarism and content scrapping is a real world problem for us (and many other businesses who derive income from informative content).  This being the case, it becomes difficult for us to cancel Self-Benchmarking packages, after you have seen some-or-any content that is usually reserved for paid customers.

However you are entitled to cancel Your Order towards Advisory Packages within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. This means that, in the event where you purchased any Advisory Plans & Packages on Flument.com, the same may be cancelled by you within 24 Hours. In such a case you will receive the entire Order amount as refund, after deducting any additional bank charges that may have been applicable.

You may also cancel your Order towards Advisory Packages, before the “Advisory Session Time Slots” are confirmed with the Flument Team. In such cases also you will be refunded the entire amount, after deducting any administrative fees (approximately Rs. 500), and any additional bank charges that may have been applicable. 

 

If there is a cancellation request received, after scheduling the Booking Time Slot towards the 1st Advisory Session, we will refund only 75% of the paid amount, and any bank charges that may have been applicable. 

 

If there is a cancellation request received, after scheduling the Booking Time Slot towards the 2nd Advisory Session, we will refund only 50% of the paid amount, and any bank charges that may have been applicable. 

 

No Cancellations are allowed for Orders towards Advisory Packages, after the completion of the 2nd Advisory Session. In such cases, though you may cancel the remaining sessions at any time, any payment you have made for the Advisory Services will not be refunded to you.

Refunds on Order Cancellation by You (Custom or Bespoke Orders)

Towards Completed Bespoke Services: Once a consulting or advisory service has been delivered or deemed to be complete by Flument Systems LLP, no refunds will be issued. This includes instances where a project or consultation phase has been completed to the agreed-upon standards and objectives.

 

Towards Cancellation of Bespoke Services that are Work-In-Progress: If you decide to cancel the service before it has been fully delivered, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the stage of service completion, and after adjusting any non-refundable costs incurred by Flument Systems LLP. Please contact us to discuss the specifics of your case.

 

If the above mentioned Cancelled Service in Work-In-Progress involve custom reports, research, or other deliverables, and you choose to cancel before completion; Flument reserves the right to recoup the standard fees towards consultants time, administrative costs, and any other payments including those made to external vendors.

Advance Payments towards Bespoke Services: In cases where services are paid in advance, and you cancel before service commencement, a refund of the advance amount may be issued, subject to a deduction for any preparatory work or administrative costs already incurred by the Flument Team.

Refund Process

We accept Cancellation and Refund requests only through email at contact@flument.com. Any Verbal and Phone requests or refund request via WhatsApp or any other modes are not accepted, and will not be processed.

 

In your email requesting Order Cancellation or Refunds, please mention the details and the reason for claiming a Refund. Upon receiving your e-mail, the Flument team will consider your case, and decide on merits, whether to process or reject your refund request. 

 

In case the refund is approved by the Flument Team, the details of the same (including the amount, reasons for any deductions etc), will be communicated to the concerned client via email. 

 

Please note that Flument Systems LLP reserves the right to take the final and binding decision regarding requests for Refund.

 

Refunds will always be issued to the Original Mode of Payment.  Where it is not possible to refund via the original mode of payment, we will issue the refund via Bank Transfer or Bank Cheque. In no cases, refunds will be issued in cash mode.

Refunds against Website Orders where the Original Payment was made via Credit Card / Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI and online payment modes; will be processed within in 6 to 8 business days of receipt of  refund request.

 

Change of Service Type 

In case you wish to change your Service from the original one with another service package published on Flument.com, (OR a custom / bespoke service), please drop a request to contact@flument.com

 

In such cases, any service charges towards the Old Service Order (including third-party vendor fee if any) shall be duly adjusted against your New Order. Any additional fees for the new order shall be payable by you after such change request has been accepted by Flument.com.

Change of Service Timings

In case you want to change the Booking Time slot assigned to you, please drop a request to contact@flument.com. We will then check for a different time-slot with the assigned consultant, OR with any other consultants on our roster, to resume your business evaluation & advisory sessions.

In such cases Flument Systems LLP does not guarantee the change in the slot timing as per client’s need, but may put forward an alternative slot timing.

Changes to the Refund and Return Policy

Flument Systems LLP reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. This Refund Policy was last updated on 12 Dec 2024.
