1. Flument Scoring & Benchmarking Platform

Flument is designed as a self use traction assessment platform, that helps you to measure the success of your product, along with your marketing and sales initiatives. Flument platform goes beyond normal sales and business performance metrics, to give you insights to fix problem areas hindering product traction.  The platform helps you measure your ongoing product and marketing traction, across multiple pre-defined or even custom aspects and parameters. Custom business aspects and measurement parameters can be configured as per your unique business needs, and Flument will incorporate the same to its business measurement graphs in a seamless manner.

Please reach out to us (either by email or using the contact form) to set up your login on the platform. We are also working hard on a self registration flow, and as soon as this functionality is released, you will be able to sign-up on the platform by creating a personal or organisation profile.

2. Flument Bespoke Advisory

​Flument team can help you with an independent and honest assessment of your current business traction. We have developed specialised scorecards that helps Founders and Management Teams, measure the traction for their Product, and Sales & Marketing activities. We also have specialised valuation tools that can help founders gain more confidence in their fund raising initiatives. In case you need Flument's consultants for using and deploying these tools for your business, we are always available to assist you.

 

We also provide advisory services for start-ups and enterprises to provide the right inputs and insights, for managing and attaining product and marketing traction. All our consultants come with years of experience launching and managing successful products in some of the most illustrious companies in the technology space. 3. Flument Advisory Packages

This is a specialised service for start-ups and enterprises who are looking to engage with Flument for quick evaluation of Product Traction, Sales & Marketing Traction, or even understand their valuation prospects in a transparent way.

 

These packages provide 5 to 10 dedicated sessions for clients (of 1 hour each), with experts who are well versed with evaluating traction and valuation aspects, using Flument's scorecards and valuation models.

4. A Digital First Approach

Thanks for taking the time to understand Flument’s Measurement Platform and Advisory services. We are passionate about helping our clients achieve Product and Marketing Traction in a fast time frame. And we do a wide spectrum of activities (including research, assessments, planning, implementation, and analytics) to help clients in their growth initiatives.

However, to save the costs for our clients, and to ensure faster delivery of advisory services; we have molded ourselves as a digital only service provider. This means all the interactions between Flument consultants & the client are undertaken through digital channels & dashboards. This also brings in the necessary transparency, and traceability for the traction measurement & advisory services for which clients engage us.

In special circumstances where you need the availability of consultants to participate in workshops and brainstorming sessions, please give us advance intimation to help coordinate the travel arrangements.
