Pramodh played an active role in initiating the Product-Led-Growth discipline at Qwikcilver. He worked collaboratively with the team to simplify aspects of the onboarding journey, product flows, and API sequences, helping to lay the groundwork for SMEs and enterprises to engage with Qwikcilver's suite of merchant prepaid and corporate reward products. Pramodh is a team player who contributed to establishing initial product partnerships with leading technology platforms in the E-commerce and HRMS domains during 2022 and 2023.

Pramodh quietly transitioned into my role as the head of the e-commerce business, without dropping the ball and without skipping the pace. I also worked closely with him during the launch of gift card stores on Amazon and other channels. Pramodh assisted me in the scale modeling and customer acquisition planning for the Woohoo App, that was rolled out internally. Later in the product marketing function he worked on the branding and sales enablement for Qwikcilver's diverse B2B Saas product portfolio. This greatly helped remote sales teams in SEA and elsewhere, in delivering consistent sales pitches to large institutional customers.
